Official Modpack

We have an offical modpack which is hosted on Modrinth.
This means that all you need is to have Modrinth installed, and to click a few buttons.
If you dont want to use Modrinth, thats ok, the raw mods are provided at the bottom of this page.

Moss & Moon only officially support Modrinth with the modpack.
Other platforms while not officially supported, may get some support in the Discord channels.

Modrint Modpack Installation

  1. Download the modpack from our official Modrint page.
    You will get a .mrpack file in your downloads.

  2. Open Modrinth, and click the + Create new instance button.

  3. Click Install Modpack.

  4. Click the import Modpack button.

  5. Select the modpack file from your downloads folder.

  6. All done! Your instance has been Created. 😃

Updating Modrinth Modpack (New MC Version)

These are the instructions for updating the modpack, it is split into 2 sections, Linked and Custom.
The linked pack is the copy of the modpack from the Modrinth page with no changes.
The custom pack is either a modified Modrinth pack or one you have built yourself.

To keep your configuration, map data and mod configs intact, updating is reccomended.
We don't provide guidence on transfering your settings between instances.

Linked pack

  1. Download the latest pack from modrinth.
  2. Go to instance settings.
  3. Click on the installation tab and then click the Change version button.
  4. Browse to and select the latest modapck.
  5. Wait for the update to finish.
  6. Click the Play button and have fun!

Custom Pack

  1. Go to instance settings.
  2. Click on the installation tab and then click the Edit button.
  3. Under the game version dropdown, change it to the required version, then click the Save button.
  4. Close the settings window.
  5. Go through the list and remove any mods which need to be removed.
  6. For each mod in the list, click on the update button on each one.

    The update all button at the top sometimes stops if it hits an issue.

  7. Add the new mods which are required but clicking the Browse Content button at the top.
  8. Click the Play button and have fun!

Raw mods

All raw mods are contained in a .zip format.
