MTR is a tool we use to diagnose network issues between your internet provider and the server. It traces each step along the connection path to detect latency increase, packet loss, or other problems.
Each operating system has its own way of running an MTR.

/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/HEAD/install.sh)"brew install mtrsudo /opt/homebrew/opt/mtr/sbin/mtr -b <server ip><server ip> with the Moss & Moon IP (without the port). It will ask you for your user password, make sure to type it and hit enter (it won't show it in the terminal).
sudo apt install mtrsudo yum install mtrsudo dnf install mtrmtr -b <server ip><server ip> with the Moss & Moon IP (without the port).
In any case, let it run for at least a minute.
The easiest way to share the results, is to take a screenshot and send it within a ticket for review.
Please also make sure to share the source IP address so we can run a reverse-MTR as well.
This is not your server's IP address, and you can find it on a sicte such as this: Whats My IP Address
